Happy pancake day to all readers!!!
These outrageously awesome pancakes are the best I ever came across!! My pancake recipe is perfect for breakfast or as a workout snack.
These banana and chocolate pancakes are packed with protein, energy giving carbohydrates and loaded with vitamins like vitamin B6 and E, minerals like potassium, manganese and magnesium and antioxidants. Ingredients are beneficial for heart health, weight loss, lowering cholesterol, improving digestive health, controlling blood sugar and blood pressure levels.
I used banana and dark chocolate chips to sweeten the pancake batter. No wheat flour, egg, sugar or butter is used in the recipe. Recipe is gluten free, highly nutritious, eggless and suitable for vegetarians and people with cholesterol and diabetes. Drizzle less or no honey when you prepare it for people with diabetes. Also avoid milk (use same quantity of almond milk instead) and yogurt topping to make it vegan friendly.
