Simple Oyster Tofu

Quick and easy, highly nutritious recipe. An accompaniment that goes with brown fluffy rice or brown rice noodles or even on top of a warm toast.

Tofu - 300gm - diced
Red onion - 2 - diced
Red pepper -1- diced
Green chilli - 2 - chopped (take out the seeds if you want it milder)
Oyster sauce - 2tbsp
Dark Soy sauce - 1tbsp
Lemon juice - 3tsp
Chinese five spice powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1tsp

Heat oil in a wok. Add all vegetables. Stir fry for couple of minutes on high heat.
Turn the heat down and add five spice powder. Mix and quickly add oyster sauce, soy sauce and lemon juice. Stir well and add tofu pieces. Stir again but very carefully as the tofu pieces are very delicate. Turn off the heat and serve hot or cold.
